Since the year 2007, the US sub-prime crisis took place, and it gradually turned into the financial crisis and spread to the outer even all over the world. Especially, since September this year, the circumstances of the international finance deteriorated sharply, and quickly turned into the most serious international finance since the Great Depression last century. The international finance again affected the real economy, the risk of the deterioration of international economy became bigger and more obvious. So how to keep within limits of the financial crisis quickly and hold back the effects of the real economy that financial crisis put on, this is the most important thing and task that all the countries should do at present. Except for this, every country shoud take effective measures to speed up its own economy development. Financial crisis is not the matter of only one country, but the business of all the countries all over the world. If we want to have a good and bright and nice homeland, we everyone have to sacrifica our own efforts. International financial crisis is not that horrible, but a chance for every country to hold to develop well.
